The first initiative for the multi-phase project was designing two floors that included 57,400 SF of agile workspaces. These spaces consist of mobile, reconfigurable workstations and infrastructure designed in a grid to always allow for connectivity, giving employees the opportunity to reconfigure their work environment to support individual or team needs. Different sized collaboration areas were incorporated into the floors to allow for casual conversation or more private, focused meetings. The second initiative for the multi-phased project was designing a new 11,000 SF executive conference center. The multi-functional conference center features state-of-the-art technology for seamless functionality, a gathering space for events with a catering kitchen, an adjacent board room, and a 160-person, tiered and dividable auditorium space equipped with cutting-edge, flexible audiovisual technology and divisible walls.
