The first initiative for the multi-phase project was designing two floors of 57,400 SF agile workspaces. These spaces consist of mobile, reconfigurable workstations and infrastructure designed in a grid to allow for connectivity, allowing employees to reconfigure their work environment to support individual or team needs. Different-sized collaboration areas were incorporated into the floors to allow for casual conversation or more private, focused meetings. The second initiative for the multi-phased project was designing a new 11,000 SF executive conference center. The multi-functional conference center features state-of-the-art technology for seamless functionality, a gathering space for events with a catering kitchen, an adjacent board room, and a 160-person, tiered and dividable auditorium space equipped with cutting-edge, flexible audiovisual technology and divisible walls.
