Dyer Brown recently provided workplace strategy and design services for this global media & technology corporation, bringing three of its business units, previously dispersed across multiple locations, into one headquarter building.
Creating new workplace standards for offices, workstations and meeting rooms, the design offers flexibility for future changes. For example, offices can convert into small conference rooms, and vice versa. The three-floor build-out offers various amenities, including open pantries centrally located on each floor, serving as both informal gatherings or more formal meeting space. Additional specialty areas include video and podcast studios, an IT help desk/genius bar, and various lounge areas throughout. Dyer Brown’s in-house experiential graphic designers worked with the client to integrate their brand with experiential graphic design elements throughout the space,
all in an effort to unite the three business units into one cohesive space.
