Dyer Brown has been selected to be the project architect for 180 Guest Street (the Mass Electric Company building) in Brighton, MA which recently was purchased by New Balance. The Brighton-based athletic company just publicly announced their purchase of both the Mass Electric Company building as well as the vacant lot next to their headquarters building. Dyer Brown is currently providing ongoing field verification of the building as well as vacant suite prep for approximately 9,000 SF.
