Project Definition: development of scope and goals, evaluation of alternatives and budgets, and identification of necessary contractors and vendors.
Project Team and Vendor Selection: selection of the complete project team from project design and the general contractor to furniture, security, technology, communications, and movers when necessary.
Project Delivery: managing the technical delivery of the project, from monitoring all contractor activity against a budget and schedule through move-management and post occupancy quality reviews. |
