Related services include CAD entry of building plans, area calculations using our proprietary area software, building analysis for multi-tenant configurations, strategic occupancy assessments, stacking diagrams, building code analysis, ADA surveys, due diligence reports, public area redesigns and leasing status books. These services are approached by working as a team with the client to meet each client's specific needs. Our emphasis is on communication, speed of response, and quality of products. As with our related Building Services, we have developed an online, real time web-based project management system to maintain and distribute all materials related to each building.
