Working closely with building owners and corporate clients, Dyer Brown has provided a wide range of building support services for over 30 years. Recognizing the client’s goals of successfully managing their properties, we have developed a range of services designed to support this effort. Related services include CAD entry of building plans, area calculations using our proprietary area software, building analysis for multi-tenant configurations, building code analysis, ADA surveys, and due diligence reports. This also includes a full range of tenant leasing services. These services were developed in the 1980’s and were unique at the time. They have been constantly refined and expanded each year as new technologies have become available and owners’ needs have changed. Building area calculations are done using a variety of measuring criteria to meet each owner’s needs. These include BOMA and the Real Estate Board of New York measuring criteria. Clienta include Olympia and York, Jones Lang Lasalle, Boston Properties, Beacon Capital Partners, Equity Office, and CB Richard Ellis.
