Project Overview:
The Baupost Group’s 21,000 SF space at 10 St. James Ave. has spectacular views, particularly overlooking the Charles River. Openness is enhanced by high ceilings and an aluminum and glass office front system, which recalls the building cladding and encourages interaction among employees. Specialty features include a 24 person trading area, large cafe and a full exercise room.
