Prism VentureWorks
Location: Needham, MA
Project Overview:
This 20,000 SF, $2.3 Million office project for Prism VentureWorks includes offices, workstations, common spaces, and AV conferencing areas. Prism sought a modern aesthetic that also fit with their image as an established venture capital firm. The design team created a central bar of public functions, flanked by offices, which allows privacy while maintaining a visual connection through the space and celebrating common areas.
