Project Overview:
After renovating the base building of 38 Everett Street, Dyer Brown designed Overdrive Interactive, an online marketing firm. In addition to architectural services, Dyer Brown completed the LEED administration process resulting in LEED-CI Silver certification. The team implemented many sustainable strategies including selecting finishes with low or no VOCs and products with recycled content as well as maximizing daylight.
