Project Overview:
Dyer Brown has worked with State Street for many years, starting with their 225 Franklin St. headquarters, and now at One Lincoln St. This 145 seat trading room maximizes sight lines and acoustics while permitting traffic flow. Glass and brightly colored walls form edges, behind which are functions including conferencing, reception, offices, café, and a 3,000 SF computer room. Open planning, materials, and bold finishes/furnishings lend a modern feel, matching their corporate image.
