Oakhill House

Project Overview:
Oakhill House, a restored stucco Regency residence dating from 1830, was the formal centerpiece of an administration headquarters for Fidelity. In addition, the Phase I complex consisted of a new 40,000 SF curved office building, faced in Bath stone and forming a complementary backdrop to the house. Phase II also added another 25,000 SF. This project was the recipient of a prestigious Civic Trust Award.
