Project Overview:
Dyer Brown provided programming, design, and construction administration for Motorola in 230,000 SF on 4 floors, consolidating local operations and including labs, offices, conference and marketing rooms, and amenities. To meet aggressive move dates, we issued drawings for later phases while overseeing phases already under construction. Special services included way-finding plans, custom millwork design, and coordination with furniture, branding, security, and AV vendors.
