33 - 35 Cornhill
Location: London, UK
Project Overview:
Dyer Brown was instrumental in the winning bid to restore this mid-nineteenth century building. This involved extensive research and consultation with multiple historical commissions. Limestone facades were restored and new windows added. We introduced a more efficient core including elevators, a stairwell, bathrooms, and renovated mechanical systems. Major elements included converting three floors to office use, reconfiguring floors one through four, and adding fifth floor office space, optimizing rentable floor area.
