One Washington Mall

Project Overview:
The owners of One Washington Mall hired Dyer Brown to renovate their lobby and facade. The redesigned lobby includes a new reception desk, lighting, building directory, custom wood paneling, finishes, and furniture. The facade update consisted of new lighting, a new canopy, signage, and storefront to provide greater presence at street level and allow the owners to better attract new tenants.
