Project Overview:
Dyer Brown renovated this 58,000 SF building into Morley Fund Management's headquarters. Creation of a central core increased flexibility and floor area. New windows improve energy efficiency, and to keep with the building's original design, the fifth floor was replaced with a mansard. External work included forecourt reconstruction, masonry repairs, lighting and disabled access. The modern reception and new stair, elevators, and restrooms help the owner attract tenants.
