Project Overview:
Dyer Brown renovated 281/273 Summer Street on the harbor side of the Fort Point Channel, including a new entry/lobby, new circulation on the ground floor, new windows, elevators, loading dock, retail space, and structural/MEP improvements. This gave the building a new street presence, allowing it to become central to the redevelopment of Summer Street as a link between the city and the Convention Center.
