Project Overview:
Built as one wing of a complex, this masonry building was separated for a corporate headquarters. Dyer Brown added a party wall, an exit stair, and a sixth floor extension to connect isolated areas. A new entrance addresses the street and integrates wheelchair access, and reception includes a new desk and a back lit wall of cast glass. The building has new floors, ceilings, lighting, finishes, and renovated restrooms and elevators.
