Project Overview:
Dyer Brown designed new cladding for the complete renovation of the North building of this office complex, along with a new entry, set at an angle as a counterpoint to the building. Renovations included new elevators and updates to the bridge connecting the North and South buildings. Dyer Brown provided leasing plans, area calculations, and other building services to help the owner attract and retain tenants and to create efficient tenant spaces.
