From the Orange or Red line: ride the subway to the Downtown Crossing station. Exit the station and turn onto Summer Street going away from Washington Street and the Boston Common. Walk down two blocks to Devonshire Street. Take a left onto Devonshire Street, and the entrance to Dyer Brown is about 50 yards down on the left hand side.

From the Blue line: ride the subway to the State Street station. Exit the State Street station by walking onto Devonshire Street. Follow Devonshire Street past Water Street, Milk Street and Franklin Street. After crossing over Franklin Street, the road will fork, bear to the left at the fork. The entrance to Dyer Brown is about 50 yards down on the right hand side.

From the Green line: ride the subway to Park Street station. When you exit the train station, cross over Tremont Street to Winter Street. Walk down Winter Street, which will turn into Summer Street after three blocks, until you get to Devonshire Street. Take a left on Devonshire Street and the entrance to Dyer Brown will be about 50 yards down on the left.

From the North: take I-93 South to Exit 20A (“South Station”). When you emerge from the tunnel ramp, take your first right at the set of lights onto Summer Street. Go through 2 sets of lights then take a quick right onto Devonshire Street. About 50 yards down on your left hand side will be the entrance to Dyer Brown, and there will be a parking garage on your right.

From the South: take I-93 North to Exit 20 ("S. Station"). Follow signs for South Station onto Lincoln Street, drive on Lincoln Street through five sets of lights and across Summer Street to Devonshire Street. The entrance to Dyer Brown is about 50 yards down on the left hand side,, and there will be a parking garage on your right.

From the West: take I-90 East until you see signs for South Station. Follow the ramp to South Station. At South Station, take a left at the set of lights onto Summer Street. Go through 3 more sets of lights then take a quick right onto Devonshire Street. The entrance to Dyer Brown is about 50 yards down on the left hand side, and there will be a parking garage on your right.
